If I don't sign up for a membership...can I still get massages?
Yes, of course! The only thing to keep in mind is that our members will have priority scheduling (as well as other perks!)
Can the gift certificate be gifted to someone else? Do they expire?
You can definitely gift it to someone. Gift certificates expire after 2 years of purchase.
What if I need to cancel?
Our memberships have a minimum of 3 month commitment. After the 3 months, you can inform us 30 days before your next billing cycle and we will happily guide you through the process.
Are there any discounts if I pay in advance?
Absolutely! If you pay 6 months in advance, you get a 10% discount. If you pay for 12 months in advance, you get a 20% discount.
Do I get to pick my monthly/birthday gift?
Yes, we will have the items available for your picking! There's variety so items might change depending on availability.
Is there a limit to how many express services I can book per month?
Nope! Enjoy the 10% off the express services while being a member!
